Easy Money for MMS

Thank you to all of our Amazon and eScrip supporters who earn easy money for MMS every month!

We are excited to announce a new, mobile version of the eScrip program: the Benefit Mobile Shopping App.

Benefits of the Benefit app:

  • Fast, easy, and free mobile shopping app that raises money for MMS while you do your everyday and special occasion shopping such as groceries, clothes, home goods, gifts, and more
  • Buy and redeem gift cards on your mobile device instantly - then go about your shopping
  • Use the app both in stores and online - with a portion of your purchase coming straight to MMS
  • You can add the gift cards to your existing customer loyalty programs so you are earning money for MMS and points for your family at the same time
  • When you pay using the Benefit app on your iPhone or Android device, Benefit retailers contribute up to 27% of your transaction amount to MMS.

  • Amazon
  • American Airlines

Find more information in the app or at www.benefit-mobile.com.

We've also joined forces with Sports Basement as a part of their "Basementeers" Program. When you register for the program and shop at Sports Basement, you will receive 10% off your purchase, every day, and 10% of profits go to MMS! You can sign up for this free program in the store or online here. Please note that MMS is listed in the 2nd section of the dropdown menu in the school section.

MMS receives rewards for 4-15% of all Amazon purchases made through the portal. During the 2016-2017 school year, your clicks generated $2500 for MMS. We're hoping to significantly increase our earnings this year. If you haven't been shopping though the portal, it's simple, easy and safe.

You can go directly to the MMS Amazon portal or find the link on the MMS Parents page. Once you click through to the portal (you'll see the school's ID "marimontscho-20" in the URL), you're in, and during that session MMS will receive 4%-15% of all purchases. For you frequent Amazon shoppers, remember to bookmark the page for your repeated forays into online shopping.

You can also support MMS via Amazon Smile. Enter Marin Montessori School in the "pick your own charitable organization" field and you'll see "You are shopping for Marin Montessori" at the top of the Amazon page.

eScrip is a secure, no-hassle way to raise funds from participating grocery stores and other merchants, who will automatically contribute a percentage of your purchase to MMS. eScrip provides thousands of dollars for the school to use for faculty professional development, program materials and enhancements, as well as special events. For the eScrip program to be most effective, you will need to add any new credit cards — so please take a few minutes to review your cards at escrip.com. A few minutes of your time will make a huge difference to MMS.

Last year we raised $1,600 from our eScrip program. If everyone participates, we could easily triple our earnings. Remember, these earnings are generated by purchases you are already making with your debit card and rewards programs ~ that's why we call it "easy money."

If you haven't signed up yet, it's simple! Please go to the escrip sign-up page and follow the straightforward instructions.

Please remember to share this information with family, friends and neighbors. The more shoppers for MMS the better!
