Carline: How You Can Support

Be Prompt: Observe your specific time window closely. Toddler and Primary families: Load your child efficiently and safely at the end of the day.
Stay Off Paradise Drive: Move into the school lot safely and respectfully. If a queue is full, stage on the shoulder of Paradise Drive to avoid blocking traffic.
Share the Rules: Please forward these instructions to all grandparents, nannies, or approved adults who drop off or pick up your children.
Be Kind: Treat the Crew (Staff) with kindness and understanding.

Toddler and Siblings

7:50–8:00 am | Toddlers & Primary Siblings
- Where: Use the Third Lane only (closest to the Big Field Fence).
- Tip: Arrive early! You can pull in starting at 7:40 am and wait. Arriving after 8:00 am will cause a delay as lines merge.
7:55–8:05 am | Junior High Van Catchers & MMS Vans
- Where: Use the Third Lane.

Primary Classrooms

7:55–8:05 am | Song Sparrow Use the Third Lane, and the Traffic Controller will pull you into the staging left lane.)
8:05 am | Primary Students with Elementary Siblings Join the Middle Lane.
8:05–8:15 am | Pelican & Great Blue Heron Use Lanes 1 & 2 (closest to Paradise Drive)
8:10 am | All Remaining Primary Families The Third Lane opens to everyone.
8:15–8:25 am | Mourning Dove & Quail All lanes.

Elementary Environments & Morning Care (ASC)

7:30–7:55 am | All Morning Care Students Drop off at Elementary Circle.
7:55–8:05 am | Lower Elementary (and their Upper El Siblings) Drop off at Elementary Circle.
8:10–8:20 am | Upper Elementary

(Reminder: Please stage on the shoulder of Paradise Drive if lanes are full.)

Half-Day & Early Dismissal

Full-Day Dismissal

2:30 pm: Sandpiper Full-Day Toddlers (Use Third Lane, closest to the Bay)
2:40 pm: Full-Day Primary with Full-Day Toddler siblings (Primary Gate, Third Lane)
2:40 pm: Primary may begin staging in Lanes 1 & 2 (closest to Paradise Drive)
2:50 pm: Pelican, Great Blue Heron, & Song Sparrow (Third Lane opens for Primary)
2:55 pm: Lower Elementary (Elementary Circle)
2:55 pm: Lower Elementary with Primary siblings (Primary Gate - please do not arrive earlier than 2:55 PM)
3:00 pm: Mourning Dove & Quail
3:10 pm: Upper Elementary (and Lower Elementary siblings staying for Upper Elementary dismissal)

Toddler & Primary: Park your car, escort your child to the Primary Gate, ring the doorbell (or call the office), and wait for a Crew member to help you sign your child in on the school tablet.
Elementary: Park in the Administrative Lot and walk your child directly into the front office. Do not drop your child off to walk upstairs alone. The front desk will issue a pink slip and coordinate their walk down the path to class.
Multi-Level Note: If you are dropping off a Toddler/Primary student and an Elementary student late, you may bring them all together to the Primary Gate for check-in.
