SQUAW VALLEY RETREAT
Designed by well known Squaw Valley Architect, Dave Tucker, this single level house is warm and inviting, offering peace and serenity just one mile from the lifts of Squaw Valley USA. The 14 foot high floor to ceiling windows fill the home with light and a grand feeling of connection to the outdoors. Slip into the eight person deluxe outdoor hot tub to unwind and relax while you listen to the babbling brook. Walk out onto the large deck for afternoon BBQ's or a nap in the hammock. Climb on the granite boulders in the creek (or the one that comes through the deck). Enjoy lots of flat grassy area for kids to play. The house is located on a quiet, flat cul-de-sac offering an ideal playground for kids in summer. There are two bedrooms with king beds and a bunkroom that will accommodate up to six people. In addition, there are 2 day beds and a pullout couch in the living room.
